The Hinsdale House is absolutely amazing!! This was our 2nd visit here, the 1st time was with a tour group and this past weekend we reserved the house for ourselves. We had experiences both times we've been here, the house never disappoints! The place itself is absolutely beautiful, its a favorite for all of us! Dan is great, very responsive to any and all questions we had. Dan thank you so much for all the work you do to keep Hinsdale open for all of us to enjoy!! I can't recommend this place enough, we'll be back again!!

This spot is very special. You can tell from the drive up the curvy bumpy mountain road to get to the small house on a dead end drive that the whole ambiance is there. I felt as soon as I stepped out of my car that I was being watched from all directions and my entire time in the house I had feelings of cold hands on my face and neck. We had plenty of spirit box talking as well as using the camera to track movement that was showing an outline of a second person right beside me on the basement where I was overcome with sadness. I appreciate that the inside is still a wood paneled 1970’s time capsule as well,it really adds to the overall experience. I look forward to planning my overnight experience next year but on a day when I just needed to not be at home,driving 2 states away to spend some time with new spectral friends was absolutely worth it. Thanks for saving this place and sharing it with the world.
We stayed at the Hinsdale House about a year ago, and we absolutely loved the house. The tour guide was amazing and the atmosphere of the house was eerily beautiful. The owner of the house, Dan, was so helpful with our reservation and any questions that we had. I cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed two nights which allowed us to capture some really interesting evidence and experience some unusual activity. Stop what you’re doing and book and overnight stay immediately. I cannot wait to go back. I will be going back sometime this year!
Hinsdale is #1 on my list of favorite locations I’ve been to. We spent a weekend and on so many different levels this topped the cake. The hospitality on top of that was incredible. All 7 of us say that Hinsdale is #1 on our list. Thank you Dan for opening up this great location for all of us to enjoy!
The Hinsdale House was so much fun! Our tour guide Diana was incredible! She was full of knowledge and so passionate about the place. I was terrified but I didn't get any bad vibes. We had an amazing investigation and I can't wait to return!
This place was awesome! Our guide Diana was so great and had a true love for the house and after our stay we could see why! We got some really great activity and even had a beatles dance party with the ghost Mike! Really cool spot would love to come again!
Our team stayed here recently and honestly we couldn't recommend it enough! This place is a paranormal paradise! We got frequent activity throughout the night. The spirits interacted with many of our equipment and wreaked havoc on everything's battery life,
Dan (the owner) was very polite when we contacted him for the stay. He worked with us and gave us plenty of time to pay for admission, he is very friendly and very easy to contact for any questions.
So whether you are a new paranormal enthusiast or experienced paranormal investigators you really can't go wrong here! Thank you Dan for letting us investigate, it surely was a night we won't forget!
